Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unused: Item must be in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: Tags, protective films, box, and all original accessories must be intact.
- Return Request: Must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Return Timeline: Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
- Valid Reasons: Returns are accepted for:
Defective or damaged items
Incorrect item sent
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Final Sale & Discounted Items – All clearance or sale purchases are final.
- Used or Altered Products – Items that have been worn, resized, or tampered with.
Refunds or Exchanges
You can choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method
- An exchange for another product of equal or lesser value
Return Shipping
- Customer’s Responsibility: The customer will cover the return shipping costs.
- Exceptions: We’ll cover the return shipping fee if the item is defective or incorrect.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been completed.
